| 中文描述 | 梭狀芽胞桿菌屬之諾維氏梭菌（CLOSTRIDIUM NOVYI type B）所引起。當動物進入被孢子污染的區域時會突然爆發。在細菌生長並釋放毒素處任何一點刺激都會引發肝臟壞死性病變。由症狀或驗屍時鑑定肝壞死區域之微生物診斷。肝吸蟲會造成反芻獸的傷害。少見於馬。有類毒素的疫苗可使用。 |

| 英文描述 | Due to CLOSTRIDIUM NOVYI type B. Sudden outbreaks can occur when animals are moved into areas infected by spores. Any insult to the liver can lead to a necrotic focus where the organisms can grow and release a toxin. Dx by signs and identification of the organism from the liver at necropsy. Liver flukes can precipitate an attack in ruminants. Rare in horses. A vaccine (toxoid) is available. |
